How long does it take to prepare AND ship an order?

Are all your listings just earrings? I don't wear those!
Majority of the listings contain all of the options (earrings, necklaces, pins, magnets, etc). Currently, the only two options that have their own listings are the paper clips and the croc charms.
Can I create my own custom design?

If I want to create a custom piece, am I limited to the options you currently carry?
Nope! As long as I can do it, it's an option.
Are your pieces heavy?
They're not. They're as light as paper - even with the resin.
Are your pieces hypoallergenic?
Here's the thing, the term hypoallergenic is abroad umbrella. I avoid nickel and source jewelry that is broadly hypoallergenic. I also have sterling silver available at request and the gold hooks are made from 14K gold plated hypoallergenic metal. If you know your specific metal allergies then I can ensure that any piece your receive won't irritate your skin.
How do I care for my new art piece?
I created online care guides for you to access whenever you shop at my store and to be more environmentally friendly by avoiding unnecessary print materials in my packaging.
Do I get to choose my own freebies?
Freebies are chosen at my own discretion. My goal has always been to include at least one in your order.
What if I don't like my order?
If you want to resize your art piece or change a certain aspect about it, you may absolutely do so. To compensate for the fact that I won't charge a fee to make any changes, you are responsible for covering both the return and new shipping label. I may choose to apply a shipping discount of a certain amount at my own discretion.
How are your items sustainable? I don't get it.
My goal is to ship items from recycled packaging only. I also make an aim to limit unnecessary print materials or plastic usage in each package. If any is included, other than the shipping tape, it is likely something I thrifted. I encourage you to recycle and/or repurpose any aspect of the shipping package for your own personal use.

What's the best way to get in contact with you?
The chat icon to the bottom left of the screen is the best way but I will still respond to any messages receive via social media or email in a timely manner. Typically same day or within 1-3 business days. Based on the urgency of the message, I will get to it sooner (ideally, same day or within hours).
